Pet List Adoption Information  Pet Sitting Services Make a Donation Home Contact Us     FOR EVERY CAT WE ADOPT, IT'S ANOTHER CAT WE CAN TAKE IN!      ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS In addition to completing an adoption application, you must:  Be at least 21 years of age  Live in private housing  elie Be employed or have a independent means of income (no mom & dad dependents!)  Have a driver's license (does not have to be a MA license) or equivalent picture identification  Provide a copy of your lease and/or proof of residency  There is a nonrefundable adoption fee/donation: FEES Adult cat -  $100 ($180/pair) Kitten $125  ($250/pair) Under 6 months of age, includes spay/neuter. please note - kittens must be brought back to st meows for surgery when size appropriate. we do not believe in spay/neutering kittens under 5 pounds due to the  health risks)
