SAINT MEOWS FOSTER AGREEMENT

As an approved foster home for Saint Meows, I agree to the following terms regarding the kitten/cat(s), I am fostering for Saint Meows:

- Saint Meows is the legal owner of the cats I am fostering.

- Saint Meows has the right to approve or deny my request to adopt the cats permanently.

- I cannot give away, sell, or adopt out the cats I am fostering.

- If I can no longer foster the cats, I must return them immediately to Saint Meows

- I must return the foster cats at any time to Saint Meows upon the request of Saint Meows

- I cannot have the foster cat euthanized. - I cannot have the foster cat declawed

 - I cannot let the foster cat outdoors.

- If I feel the foster cat needs medical attention, I must contact Saint Meows, which will then arrange medical care for the cat. I understand this will likely entail Saint Meows retrieving the foster cat and bringing the cat to their own veterinarian.

- If I take the foster cat to the vet without approval from Saint Meows, it will be at my cost.

 - Saint Meows is not responsible for reimbursing me for any purchase I made for the cats unless a previous agreement has been made for Saint Meows to reimburse me.

- If I do decide I would like to adopt my foster cat(s) and I am approved, I understand that I will be responsible for the payment of an adoption fee for each cat I adopt.

- I understand the cat(s) I am fostering has been examined by a veterinarian, has been immunized against rabies, and is in overall good health.
